My coaching practice is built on a foundation I take seriously.
I completed the Program for Leadership Development (Executive MBA Alternative) at Harvard Business School — an intensive experience alongside 70 senior executives from around the world. I earned my Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University, where I successfully demonstrated PCC-level competencies, later confirmed by my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
More recently, I completed a Facilitation program at the University of Virginia — adding another dimension to how I support leaders in group and team settings. These aren’t just credentials. They are the experiences that shaped how I think, ask, and show up for every leader I work with.
