Scope of Services
Uchoa Leadership LLC offers executive and leadership coaching services, which may include:
- Individual coaching sessions (in-person or video)
- Leadership development programs
- Group coaching and facilitation
- Use of assessment tools such as the Leadership Circle Profile 360
All services are delivered by Diego Uchoa or under his direct supervision, in accordance with the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Coaching is a professional relationship focused on the client’s growth and goals. It is not therapy, counseling, consulting, or legal advice.
Coaching Relationship
The coaching relationship is a partnership built on trust, confidentiality, and mutual commitment. By engaging our services, the client agrees to:
- Participate actively and honestly in the coaching process
- Take responsibility for their own decisions and outcomes
- Respect scheduled sessions and provide adequate notice for cancellations
Uchoa Leadership LLC agrees to:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
- Deliver services with professionalism and in accordance with ICF ethical standards
- Respect the client’s autonomy and right to make their own decisions
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching engagements is treated as strictly confidential.
Uchoa Leadership LLC will not disclose client information to any third party without
explicit written consent, except where required by law or to prevent imminent harm.
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship and is upheld in accordance with ICF professional standards.
Fees and Payment
Coaching fees are agreed upon prior to the commencement of services and outlined in a
separate service agreement or proposal. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund
conditions will be specified in that agreement.
Uchoa Leadership LLC reserves the right to update its fee structure. Any changes will be
communicated in advance and will not affect agreements already in place.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice
to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee
as outlined in the individual service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Uchoa Leadership LLC provides coaching services to support professional and personal
development. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or performance improvements
as a result of coaching.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and materials —
is the property of Uchoa Leadership LLC and is protected by applicable copyright
and intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes
without prior written permission from Uchoa Leadership LLC.
