Do you offer a discovery call before committing to an engagement?
Yes — and I strongly encourage it. Before any engagement begins, we schedule a complimentary 30-minute conversation. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss what you are navigating, and determine whether coaching — and whether working together specifically — makes sense for you. There is no pressure and no commitment required. The right fit matters more than a quick start.
Who is coaching for? Am I the right fit?
My work is designed for new and emerging leaders stepping into leadership roles for the first time, as well as senior leaders facing new levels of complexity in their organizations. If you are ambitious, self-aware, and genuinely committed to your own development, coaching will work for you. You do not need to be in crisis or struggling — many of my most impactful engagements are with high performers who simply want to grow faster and lead better.
What is the duration of a coaching engagement?
A typical engagement runs between three and six months, with sessions held every two to three weeks. This rhythm allows enough time for real reflection, experimentation, and change between conversations. That said, every leader is different — the structure and pace of our work together will always be tailored to your goals and situation, not a fixed program.
Is coaching available remotely?
Yes. All coaching sessions are available via video (virtual), which means we can work together regardless of where you are based. I currently coach leaders in the United States, Europe, and Latin America, and I conduct sessions in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Distance has never been a barrier to a meaningful coaching relationship.
How do you measure coaching success?
Success in coaching is defined by you — not by me. At the start of our engagement, we establish clear goals and indicators that matter to you: how you want to show up as a leader, the challenges you want to navigate differently, and the outcomes you are working toward. Throughout our work together, we regularly reflect on progress. I also can use tools such as the Leadership Circle Profile 360, which provides structured, evidence-based feedback from the people around you — giving us an objective view of how your leadership is being experienced and where the greatest opportunities for growth lie.
Do you work with organizations, not just individual leaders?
Yes. In addition to individual executive coaching, I typically partner with mid-sized organizations — typically 50 to 1000 employees — offering group coaching, team coaching, and facilitation of leadership programs.
Mid-sized companies are often at a stage where leadership development is a priority but internal coaching infrastructure is still limited. That’s where I work best — engaging directly with leaders to deliver meaningful leadership experiences.
